CRASH TESTING / ADR COMPLIANCE
Our bull bars are crash-tested in Australia and ADR compliant, with a patent-pending energy-absorbing system that offers market-leading protection.

RECOVERY POINTS
Integrated factory recovery points are rated to 3400 kgs when used with an equalizer strap, saving you the cost of finding additional recovery solutions.

POWDER-COATING
The OCAM bull bars go through a rigorous 4-stage powder-coating process:

1. Pre-treatment: Metal is cleaned, phosphatized, and protected.
2. Cathodic epoxy electrocoating: Provides superior adhesion and corrosion resistance.
3. Prime Powder Coat: Fixes surface imperfections and reinforces corrosion protection.
4. Top powder coat: Adds a final layer for ultra-reinforced corrosion protection and a smooth finish.

STRENGTH
The bar uses a 63mm top tube and is 100% welded with 2.5mm plate bar and reinforcement plates for added strength.

Equipped with LED turn signals, parking lights, and daytime running lights, all OCAM bull bars come with LED fog lights at no extra cost, plus 3 top tube mounts and 2 high-lift jack points. These bull bars are winch-compatible and include a number plate flip mount.

Why choose Dyneema® SK-75 synthetic rope over steel cable?

• Over 1.5X stronger
• Less than 15% of the weight of steel
• At least 7X stronger when comparing weight to weight 
• It floats in water 
• The UHMwPE (Ultra-High Molecular weight Polyethylene) fibres are stronger than steel with high abrasion and friction-resistance.
• Should the rope break during recovery, synthetic is much safer. Unless a steel cable is dampened, the build-up of force will inevitably spring back on breaking. Whereas, the "very low" stretch properties of Dyneema® SK-75 means it will just fall rather than spring back. Synthetic rope can be respliced and recovery can continue, which is impossible with steel.
